Book Review: Twits to the Test: A Steampunk Distraction

Twits to the Test: A Steampunk Distraction (The Twits Chronicles Book 6)Twits to the Test: A Steampunk Distraction by Tom Alan Robbins
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I read book 6 of this astoundingly funny series in one gulp. I didn’t get up for a tea refill, the cat’s efforts to distract me into feeding him failed. It was just me, my kindle, and my favorite Twits.

Tom Alan Robbins writing skills are at peak performance as he pokes fun at so many aspects of life – gentleman’s clubs, fashion, the silly notion that men sometimes hold that they are better than women, hedge mazes, family relations… nothing is immune.

I may let this one linger in my mind for a few days before I read book 7, as it’s the final book in the series. And I really don’t want this series to end, at least not in MY lifetime. Robbins, get cracking on book 8 already!
