Book Review: Suck a Little Happy Juice
Suck a Little Happy Juice: An Irreverent, By-the-Skin-of-Your-Teeth Guide to Being an Indie Author by J. Scott Coatsworth
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Whether you’re a fledgling author or a seasoned one, this book is for you. Even if you’ve ‘gone traditional’, you’ll get a lot out of this book of advice, written by an author who’s been through plenty of struggles along the way. J. Scott Coatsworth has your best interest in mind, and wants you to succeed in, and even enjoy your work!
I lost count of how many times I thought I wish I had been told about this years ago as I read. The only author that doesn’t need advice is the author that’s given up. Don’t be that author.
Incidentally, J. Scott Coatsworth doesn’t just talk the talk, he walks the walk. He’s published dozens of books. I’ve read many of them, and if you like SciFi and/or LBGT+ fiction, you’re going to love his stories too.
