Barbeque Sauce

I made this for a pulled roasted chicken breast, and it was very good, so I’m sharing my recipe. It’s quick and easy to put together. Even though the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce are reduced sodium, there’s still *some* sodium in them, so my opinion is that no further salt is needed. You do what you like about that. This made enough to deal with one fat chicken breast, with enough left to use it again another day.

Throw everything into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Done!
1 cup low sodium ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Reduced Sodium Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Big pinch hot pepper flakes
