Book Review: Eleven Numbers

Eleven NumbersEleven Numbers by Lee Child
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

What could possibly go wrong at a mathematics conference? Well, for one thing, it’s in Moscow. For another, international tensions make this a really bad time to be flying. But the clincher is that Nathan Tyler isn’t just a mathematician. For the time being, he’s also a spy.

Lee Child is is also the creator of Jack Reacher, so if you haven’t dipped into those books yet, this could serve as a fine example of Child’s writing chops. It’s a quick, clever, satisfying read.

Lori Alden Holuta lives between the cornfields of Mid-Michigan, where she grows vegetables and herbs when she’s not writing, editing, or playing games with a cat named Chives.
